First Benchmarking System for SMEs in SEE is launched on Thursday 12th May 2011 in Hotel Europe. Association of Business Consultants in Bosnia and Herzegovina - LESPnet implementing the system with financial support of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Fraunhofer Institute from Berlin is our partner in the project implementation, and they have supported implementation of the system in more then 20 countries in Europe and other parts of the world.
